Ryan has been in the recruiting industry for two years where he started out placing manufacturing and engineering professionals in NE Ohio. He has since moved over to the finance and accounting arena where he specializes in placing Staff accountants on up to Controllers. Ryan has a knack for finding some of the best talent in NE Ohio and his uncanny ability to find passive candidates has made him a valuable asset to his clients. He is a firm believer that building relationships is what has made him successful early on and will continue to allow him to be a resource to both his clients as well as his candidates.
Ryan was born and raised in Lakewood, Ohio, where he currently resides. He is a graduate of Ohio University where he was a Student Manager on the Men’s Basketball Team for 3 years. He is active in the community and is a member of the Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club.
