Born and raised in Cleveland, Ray has deep roots and extensive contacts in the Cleveland business community. He is a 1988 graduate of Mount Union College and earned a Master’s Degree from Eastern Michigan University in 1991. Ray has over 10 years experience recruiting and placing Accounting & Financial professionals in Northeast Ohio. After beginning his career with Source Services Corporation (Source Finance), he was one of the founding partners of in 1998.

Ray is a past Director of OSSA (The Ohio Staffing Services Association), a group dedicated to the advancement of the staffing industry in Ohio.

Prior to recruiting, Ray coached College Football at Division III Mount Union and John Carroll University and at Division I Eastern Michigan. He is still active in coaching CYO sports and a travel baseball team in the summer.
