Randy Samsel is the founder and president of e Search, Inc. Randy has been in the search industry in Northeast Ohio since 1986. In addition to his management responsibilities with e Search, Randy specializes in executive search work for financial, operational and human resource professionals. Through the years, Randy has been successful by identifying talented people who help his clients succeed. His personal mission is to make his clients lives more successful, and less stressful.
Randy is also the current president of the Cleveland Society of Human Resource Managers, serves on the board of the Northeast Ohio Wharton Alumni Group and is a member of the John Carroll Entrepreneurs Association. Randy is married, and has a daughter in college and a son in High School.
