Responsibilities:
•	Coach, mentor and develop a team of four senior analysts to ensure exemplary day-
to-day execution and successful completion of assignments
•	Using discounted cash flow analysis, comparables analysis, and other financial tools, 
provide recommendations to the head of Corporate Finance on M&A prospects. 
•	Develop and maintain capital forecasting models and evaluate the pro forma impact 
of acquisitions on actual and forecast capital levels.
•	Oversee the implementation of repurchase programs as authorized by Board of 
Directors and recommend changes to the Bank’s common stock dividend. 
Requirements:
•	Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
•	10+ years of relevant corporate finance experience including experience evaluating 
Mergers & Acquisitions
•	3+ years of management experience with proven abilities to develop and motivate 
teams
•	Advanced financial modeling skills
