Treasury Analyst
Basic Function:
This position will handle a broad range of financial, treasury and analytical
duties, including analysis, monitoring and reporting of short and long term
financial positions, cash management, pension and retirement plans, and global
real estate.
This responsibility is conducted in an independent atmosphere where strong
financial, computer and general business skills are required.
Responsibilities:
1. Day to day management of domestic cash positions interacting with
external banking partners.
2. Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and management reports.
3. Analyze and monitor cash flow, long and short term borrowings and
investments. Calculate, monitor and report debt covenants.
4. Monitor domestic pension and retirement plans. Work with custodial
banks and investment managers as required to document transactions and
analyze plan performance.
5. Assist in the management of global real estate portfolio.
6. Update and maintain requisite databases to support the above
referenced functions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in
accounting and finance is required. CPA, MBA is a plus.
2. Two to four years of general accounting/finance experience working
with a multi-national company is required.
3. Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. SAP experience is a plus.
4. Working knowledge of treasury management software is a plus.
5. Excellent problem solving ability.
6. Ability to adjust to a flexible environment and consistently meet
deadlines.
7. Ability to interact with financial and non-financial staff and
management.
